You can withdraw from your contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. To do so, please fill in this form. You will receive a confirmation of receipt by email without delay.
Please note for hygiene products: for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the seal has been removed after delivery (Section 312g (2) No. 3 of the German Civil Code, BGB). This applies to a large part of our range, such as incontinence pads, briefs, catheters and care aids.
Unopened packs with an intact seal can be returned to us. Opened outer cartons are also fine as long as the individual packs inside have remained sealed.
